Some unusual fitness goals?

  • I want to clip my own toe nails (also, I want to SEE my toes)

  • I am going to film school in Italy and I need to carry 80 pounds of gear and a backpack in uneven terrain

  • I plop when I go to sit in a chair

  • I have trouble putting dishes away on the second shelf of the cupboard

  • I am going on vacation and I want to feel my best

  • I am going to San Francisco and there are so many staircases and hills!

 

These things can be accomplished and much... much.... more.  To start your transformation, sit down and  make a list.  Then it will be time to get started.
